We had a great experience with West Side Movers. Chris was really easy and helpful to communicate with beforehand and the movers (Cesar, Hena, Api) were courteous and friendly. Before moving, I’d gotten a quote from Piece of Cake, too, because they’re everywhere and friends have used them, but the quotes were more or less the same and with West Side Movers (who my parents have used), I felt I got a much more customized and caring experience.

West Side Movers worked on a large scale project at the company I work in April 2024. It was a very meticulous and detailed move for over 16 000 square feet of space of expensive delicate crystal glassware and fine bone china products along with furniture and fixtures. Part of the move was delivered into storage in another state and the rest in NYC. Everything was done on time and it all arrived in good order. Matt, Josh and his entire team were all so professional, thorough and caring. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend West Side Movers for both commercial and personal moving.

West Side Movers could not have been better for my move to a new address: the movers were courteous, careful and very efficient. All of my furniture and personal items arrived undamaged . West Side Movers was amazing, from getting a fair quote to getting on the schedule easily, and finally getting unloaded and moved in. We had a cargo truck that needed to be unloaded after our cross-country move. Steve and his crew arrived early and were fast and careful with our property. A week or so later, the owner Matt followed up to see how things went - a very professional gesture. I would highly recommend West Side Movers, and I definitely will be using them when the need arises. Thanks guys!

We had a wonderful experience with West Side Movers. The team was fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. They managed a number of loose items and even helped us throw out a couple things after the move. And they also helped with some design / furniture placement decisions! Very happy with how it went!
